Repairs and Replacements

In Case of Damaged Jewelry

If a piece of jewelry is damaged, we will repair or exchange it for free within the first 3 months. You will only need to pay for postage. To claim free repair/exchange, email us at info@shopteegarden.com with your virtual receipt and images of the damaged piece.

Please note that only damage to metal joints such as earring posts and jump rings will be entertained. Damage to metal and hand-painted surfaces can be avoided with proper jewelry care.

In Case of Lost Earring

In case of the loss of one of a pair of earrings (that cannot be purchased as a single piece through our website), email us at info@shopteegarden.com for a replacement. The replacement will be priced at half the price of the pair at the time of purchase. You will need to pay for shipping.

Please note that we will only be able to make the replacement if the item is still available on the website. Discontinued items will not be replaced.
